They had a couple of classes together, and Mark would often catch Daniel’s eyes in his own, staring for a few seconds, before looking away and blushing. After a few weeks of the subtle unspoken conversation, Mark walked up and introduced himself. Daniel smiled and responded that he had been awaiting Mark’s introduction for some time.
