Here is the updated visual forecast starting on Saturday and ending on Friday.

What a hot weekend it’s been so far, right? Well, you want heat? You got it! An area of high pressure will be centered offshore for tomorrow, pumping in heat and humidity from the Gulf. Temperatures will reach the low to mid 90s for daytime highs with humidity, it may feel like 100 degrees outside. An isolated thunderstorm west of the area can’t be singled out. Should any t-storms make it further east and near our area, we could cool off during the evening, briefly. It will also feel very warm and humid on Tuesday, before the next cold front approaches the area. This cold front is not very strong, so changes behind the cold front may not be too noticeable. After the front goes by, we could get a day of warm, dry sunshine for Wednesday. High pressure builds in for Wednesday, as this area of high pressure slides offshore for Thursday, watch for a repeat of what will happen earlier in the week. That is, high temperatures in the low to mid 90s with humidity. A slight chance of a late night thunderstorm on Thursday is possible. Stronger cold front passes through on Friday, crashing temperatures down a little and flushing out the humidity for the start of next weekend. That’s all for this week. See you next time for next week’s update.
