		<description>1. The temperature determines if snow will stick, you want temperatures below 32 F on the ground, usually the air temperature is colder than the ground temperature.

2. Temperature and humidity determine what kind of snow will fall, the heavy wet snow is ideal for snowman making as it has a high moisture content and can hold together, this usually occurs when temperatures are closer to 32 and humidity is high. A dry, powdery snow is not good for snowman making, it flakes easily and is too dry to hold, this is due to cold temperatures and low humidity.</description>
