The storm has been under forecasted again by nearly all the reliable models for tomorrow. Storm undergoes rapid intensification tonight and DC and Baltimore get clobbered by a heavy band of snow or moderate(depends on your perception)… so current thinking is 3-6″ of snow with possibility of storm stalling(if cold enough)… So yes, chance of snow for a part of Sunday… Do not know which part yet. This is reasonable. The more snow we wish to get will need surface temps to cooperate otherwise 1-3″ still the likely solution.

This storm REALLY needs to crank up for it it SLOW itself down…

El Nino is really in business now and in control of charging these storms with more moisture and westward movement which models have difficulties with.
